Wildenhofer is HACCP certified

The preparations for this health certification lasted 1 year. A mandatory for all staff management handbook "Quality, Environment and Hygiene" was created.


The introduction of a hygiene management system emphasizes the specialization of Wildenhofer in food logistics and ensures competitive advantages due to the high quality standards.

The hygienic management requires this strict guidelines:

 

1. A four-member team HACCP had to be set up

2. Creation of a HACCP study with risk analysis

3. Acquisition of knowledge of vehicle and personnel hygiene and pest control

4. Participation in regular hygiene training

5. Annual monitoring of the strict HACCP guidelines and processes to internal and external audits.

 


The DEKRA certificate attesting to use of the company Wildenhofer a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) in accordance with the requirements of the "Codex Alimentarius" serve its customers.
The efficiency extends to the scopes of transport and handling of national and international groupage services.
