Wildenhofer has now overseen the education of over 300 apprentices over the last few decades

The dual education programme is seen a model for apprentice education in general.

The total apprenticeship lasts 3 years – or 2 years for time spent with relevant training (attendees of technical colleges providing, graduated or not).

Job rotation in half-yearly intervals and attendance at the regional vocational school in Mitterdorf (www.lbs-mitterdorf.ac.at) provides trainees with the ideal practical and theoretical background for a job in this industry.
Trainees visit the provincial vocational school in Mitterdorf in the county of Styria for 9-10 weeks once a year boarding on the premises.

Course contents cover all essential functions and skills defined in the job description (www.bmwa.gv.at/BMWA/Service/Lehrlingsservice/default.htm) required for the optimal execution of future logistics tasks and provision of logistics services.
